**What do you like best about Jackson River.?**

It is a very robust platform that allows for a lot of customization. but it also adds to the complexity and requires training and dedicated support to leverage its capabilities fully.

**What do you dislike about Jackson River.?**

More features than we ever need in some aspects, but also no out of the box support for more basic functionality, e.g. accepting foreign currencies is extra $$, no support for crypto/ stock gifts. It is also extremely expensive compared to its competitors both in terms of implementation/ support fees which were 0 for every other platform we reviewed, and annual fixed and variable costs. It is just not affordable for most nonprofits.

**Recommendations to others considering Jackson River.:**

I would not consider it unless you are a very large nonprofit that requires advanced customization options.

**What problems is Jackson River. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We evaluated Jackson River as  part of our search for a new fundraising platform to provide more robust functionality to our donors and better integration with our existing enterprise sytems.
