What do you like best about Jackson River.?
It is a very robust platform that allows for a lot of customization. but it also adds to the complexity and requires training and dedicated support to leverage its capabilities fully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Jackson River.?
More features than we ever need in some aspects, but also no out of the box support for more basic functionality, e.g. accepting foreign currencies is extra $$, no support for crypto/ stock gifts. It is also extremely expensive compared to its competitors both in terms of implementation/ support fees which were 0 for every other platform we reviewed, and annual fixed and variable costs.
