It has some limitations in terms of its offerings. Its quite cumbersome. The options for integrating with systems are also limited. **What do you dislike about Ivypay?** The drawback is that you are unable view your card number, which is inconvenient if a transaction is declined. The absence of processing is a disadvantage. The availability of Ivypay in countries and the responsiveness of customer support also raise concerns for some users. Some users perceive the transaction fees as being on the side. **What problems is Ivypay solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ivypay falls short when it comes to providing payment records and comprehensive features for calculating expenses. Opening an account in this app is easy and setting up a card and account in the app is in just a few steps. I use this app while making payments of credit card bills which means every month. customer support from this app is best. this app provides multiple things as well but the best is credit card payment because it's easy to integrate with the bank. **What do you dislike about Ivypay?** every thing in the app is up to mark but I feel this is just a limited feature. the app will come in share-market payment or it will come with features like investment in crypto then it will be best like the cherry on the cake. **What problems is Ivypay solving and how is that benefiting you?** it will maintain all my payment records and it will help me with my monthly expedition calculation. so yes app provides a few steps of payment and user friendly UI which makes it better. ### 3. All of these things can be done in different ways but it is more complicated and slower. **What do you dislike about Ivypay?** There are of course some flaws but really nothing major. The clients have to have a phone and a phone number, you cannot use it on a PC. It is also meant for only one therapist per account, if you work at a hospital with several therapists it's a bit confusing. Clients have also reported that on their bank statements it says IVY and no mention of the name of your practice. **What problems is Ivypay solving and how is that benefiting you?** As your practice grows you have to juggle many clients' accounts and different ways of charging them and it can become overwhelming. With Ivypay it is much more organized and you have a nice overview of the whole business, yeah it's a good organizer. ### 7.
