IVP | Deskless Reviews & Product Details

IVP | Deskless is an AI-driven platform designed to automate routine operational tasks within SaaS businesses, enabling teams to focus on strategic initiatives. By integrating seamlessly with existing data sources, Deskless deploys virtual employees that handle research, reporting, and administrative duties, delivering completed outputs directly into your tools on a set schedule. This automation leads to significant time savings and operational efficiency, with reports indicating that 40–70% of operational work can be automated. The platform is built on the IVP data layer, which connects various operational data sources such as CRMs, databases, files, and APIs into a secure, governed data warehouse. Deskless offers pre-built agents tailored for SaaS operations, including pipeline hygiene, churn monitoring, MRR reporting, account scoring, and weekly briefings. These agents can be configured and operational within hours, without requiring coding or developer resources.
