Ivans Bookroll Reviews & Product Details

Ivans Bookroll replaces the manual, paper-heavy book transfer process with a fully automated, online workflow that works for both agencies and carriers. Carriers can request, receive, and evaluate personal or commercial lines book of business data from any agency management system without visiting agencies, chasing down files, or manually re-keying policy information. A built-in Policy Viewer lets carriers see exactly which Home and Auto policies they are taking on during ingestion, reducing surprises and speeding up evaluation. For agencies, the entire transfer process is managed through a single interface inside Ivans Exchange, from the initial request through review, acceptance, and data submission, creating a transparent and consistent experience on both sides. The result is faster market entry, stronger agency partnerships, reduced E&O risk, and a more accurate, efficient way to diversify and grow a book of business.
