It allows you to embed videos and also create custom quizzes to accompany your training. Customer support has always been friendly and quick to assist. **What do you dislike about iSpring Presenter?** There really isn't much negative that can be said about iSpring Presenter. It may seem a bit pricey if you don't use it often. Overall, we have been very happy with it. **What problems is iSpring Presenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** iSpring Presenter has been monumental in helping our training staff convert existing PowerPoint training to a format compatible with our LMS. It has also helped staff create new training sessions that are ready to upload directly to the LMS. The additional ability to create quizzes is also a great tool, and helps ensure training participants pay attention to the material being presented. ### 2. Weve been quite unsatisfied with it. It fails to create presentations without relying on an advanced platform. There is a need to thoroughly test everything before launching and in occasional moments of demand. **What do you dislike about iSpring Presenter?** Compared to presentation software iSpring Presenter lacks customization options and templates. The limited design choices make the presentations appear generic and uninspiring. **What problems is iSpring Presenter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer support from iSpring is slow to respond and unresponsive at times which is frustrating when facing issues or seeking assistance. The fact that it doesnt integrate well with learning management systems is also a drawback as it limits compatibility across platforms. ### 3. Easy to convert or create this presentation and can add the user when needed. Run-on most of devices which make very useful and can be accessed from anywhere.
