iSada Reviews & Product Details

iSada is an AI phone receptionist built for service businesses that can't afford to miss a call. It answers every incoming call 24/7 — including after hours, weekends, and busy periods — in under a second, so you never lose a customer to voicemail or a ringing phone again. Unlike a traditional answering service that simply takes messages, iSada actually gets work done on the call. It books appointments directly into your calendar, checks real-time availability to avoid double-booking, answers frequently asked questions from your own knowledge base, qualifies and routes callers, and sends SMS confirmations automatically. Every call is transcribed and logged so you can review exactly what happened. iSada's standout strength is language. It detects and responds in 40+ languages automatically, switching mid-call as needed — so a Spanish-, Mandarin-, Punjabi-, or French-speaking customer gets the same seamless experience as an English speaker, with no extra staffing. You can also choose your underlying AI model (GPT-5, Claude, or Gemini) and pick from a range of natural voices. The platform is purpose-built for industries that live and die by the phone: salons and barbershops, dental clinics, auto repair shops, restaurants, veterinary clinics, real estate, legal practices, medspas, cleaning services, tutoring, and photography. iSada is trained on the bookings, questions, and edge cases specific to each. Setup is fast — most businesses are live in about 24 hours. You connect a phone number (or port your existing one), add your business details and calendar, and iSada starts answering. Plans start at $69/month on the Business tier and transparent, predictable pricing as you scale. For any business comparing an AI receptionist, virtual receptionist, or answering service, iSada delivers 24/7 coverage, real appointment booking, and true multilingual support at a fraction of the cost of a human front desk.
