I use Iron Mountain InSight IDP to automate document handling, and I really like how accurately it extracts and classifies data, even from complex or unstructured documents. The automation is reliable, and the workflow builder makes it easy to route processed data into our existing systems. The dashboard gives clear visibility into document status and processing efficiency, which helps track performance. The platform handles both structured and unstructured documents well, and it scales smoothly, maintaining processing speed even when uploading large batches. The audit trail and compliance features provide full transparency into every document’s lifecycle, making it feel reliable, secure, and built for enterprise workloads. Some areas of the interface feel a bit complex, especially when setting up advanced workflows or custom extraction rules. The initial configuration takes time, and non-technical users may need guidance to get everything right. I’d also like to see more flexible customization options for data output formats and more streamlined ways to train new document types.
