The detailed reports of the influencers with regard to their profile and the target group support the research and evaluation of the suitable influencers enormously. In addition, they are always the most up-to-date figures, so you always have an exact picture of how the influencer is performing and how the ZG is developing. My work has become much more efficient through IROIN. By displaying lookalikes of the influencer or a certain ZG, you can also find targeted profiles faster and more suitable. It enables efficient and transparent intra- and inter-team collaboration. Moreover, the feature of offering influencers the option to directly connect their account to IROIN brings data collection in influencer marketing to new levels in terms of both efficiency and accuracy. The tool also provides plenty of options for customization allowing organizations to adapt the tool to match their individual procedures. IROIN has a comprehensive development team that continuously improves the tool and adds new features. A few features in terms of scheduling and performance monitoring are only available as Excel downloads. Would be cool if those would be visualized in the tools online display also, for example, interactive Gantt charts. However, the IROIN team is continuously further developing the tool, so I guess this has been addressed in their development department already. An issue is the still lacking willingness of influencers to use the option of connecting their accounts to IROIN which hopefully will change over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is IROIN® by Stellar Tech solving and how is that benefiting you? Scaling up influencer marketing requires adding staff and respective costs. To keep the organization lean and staff costs under control, IT support is required. Also, recruiting is a lot of effort and IROIN helps to limit staff requirements. Furthermore, data accuracy is an issue when data need to be manually transmitted (for example, from screenshots sent by influencers into IT systems). Most nano influencers don't have the right set up for connecting with the tool, so it cost more time to connect them correctly. The workflow in the tool is not always efficient. There is no connection with META Business suite, so when you contact the influencers by instagram you have to copy the conversation in the tool and also the statistics of the advertisement are not visible.
