The integration between manufacturing and accounting modules is top-notch. **What do you dislike about IQMS MES?** The frustrating part about IQMS is the lack of support and not having a qualified and well-trained team for implementation. **What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through IQMS, the production faults were minimized, and the business saw enhanced productivity. The quality losses were reduced, and fulfillment was far superior. ### 2. When we have an order we can jump to quotes, shipments, or the inventory item and then drill down further if needed. **What do you dislike about IQMS MES?** The most annoying portion of IQMS is that you have to have a person trained to do any edits to reports or anything on the back end. When there are errors it can take days or weeks to get it updated. Everytime there is an update to the software it wipes out all user settings as well. **Recommendations to others considering IQMS MES:** If you are using this for manufacturing and order processing it works well once it is set up for your parameters. Integration with other websites is possible since we have it set to sync up with Salesforce. **What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team currently uses it for Inventory Management, CRM and order processing. Benefits are using a single software to manage all of these items, however, we have to integrate into Salesforce for the CRM/order processing so that the sales opportunities are properly tracked. ### 3. It allows our operators to visually see their performance and how efficient their production lines are running. **What do you dislike about IQMS MES?** I wish there was a way to reverse disposition during and after the work order has been archived and deleted. **What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** IQMS has solved a business flow problem in the past which was done primarily by paper and word of mouth. With IQAlert, emails are automatically sent to the next person in the workflow. This reduces the risk of information not being handed off in a specific time frame or the loss of papers. ### 4. There are a lot of good tools and resources within IQMS, you just have to know where to find them. **What do you dislike about IQMS MES?** The training I received was not very robust, so learning how to input information correctly has been a challenge. A step by step manual would be helpful. **What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** Still trying to work my way through the system. It's a learning process. ### 7. Allows for document storage. **What do you dislike about IQMS MES?** So many bugs and issues that using project management tool is exhausting! Templates break if you use drag and drop, or if you use the arrows, so critical tasks get lost and don't print on reports and you can't rely on it for planning so most of our project managers have to use something outside IQ. Report heavy because nothing is interactive. Building BOM's is laborious and not streamlined at all. **What problems is IQMS MES solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use for MRP and project management ### 10.
