Inventive's the specialized power drill vs. a general-purpose tool: fine-tuned models for RFP work, real knowledge management, and it processes 200-300+ question questionnaires in minutes. SharePoint + Salesforce integration means it drops into our existing stack cleanly. Also to add on support, they have the best support they were keeping us updated. The Chrome extension is the thing that made me sit up. Manually typing security questionnaires, RFPs answers into customer web portals used to be the worst part of my week. Inventive pulls the questions out of the portal, drafts the answers from our knowledge hub, and pushes them back into the form. The Pre-export Check is the other feature I keep coming back to it catches compliance gaps, contradictions, and tone drift before anything goes out.
