Candidate report for all rounds in single row is highly useful and recommended. Interview vector has positively taken up this feedback and aligned to prioritise this feature. Meanwhile we got help with report in required format with a quick turnaround time manually.

**What do you like best about InterviewVector?**

InterviewVector had helped Mindtickle at a growth level. Mindtickle was looking to go aggressive at hiring and IV came in to help. We were able to manage the the hiring numbers with quality and time, all thanks to IV for it. We got a sudden boost in our hiring numbers.

The personalised relationship with IV team helped us navigate throughout the journey. 

Being a startup, they went miles to help us in interviews, plan, co-orindate.  The IV platform is also very easy to navigate and give a holistic view on where the dropouts are happening.

Since IV was building at those time(21-22), it took sometime to build the features and some customised reports

InterviewVector help me a lot in terms of my hiring from scheduling to shortisting candidates , We primarily used Interview Vector to schedule Initial rounds for multiple requirements and the Platform really help me a lot in terms of figuring out the slots, scheduling Interviwes and getting shortlist and Most important we got a good number of final select based on the Initial shortist from InterviewVector that clearly empahize their Interview Quality.

Some times i felt some glitch on the Platform while uploading resumes but CS team was very helpful and they resolved it in quick time

I do have an option to choose different Panels based on the Availability

InterviewVector is a great Interview As A Service Platform. The advantages:
- Quality of the interviews. We get consistent quality compared to the internal team.
- Saves time for the internal engineering team.
- Easy to setup and schedule interviews. 
- Enabled us to onboard consultants directly on the platform and thus not change our recruiting process

This is the second company I'm using the product at and it has delivered on its promise.

**What do you like best about InterviewVector?**

Interview Vector helped us streamline our screening process for front-end software engineering profiles. We loved the overall onboarding process and the quality of the final report shared by them. Their overall support and the quality of interviewers are top-notch.

Though we liked the IV overall, if we could get more details about the interviewer, such as their technical background, it could expedite our decision-making process.

Interview Vector helped us in our screening round, saving our engineers significant time. We've always believed that spending time on screening rounds for our engineers is not a very good use of their time. They can be busy building products, and IV can handle the initial vetting and filter good profiles. This idea worked for us, and we are able to scale our team count without spending much time interviewing.

**What do you like best about InterviewVector?**

Finding credible interviewers and scheduling interviews for tens of candidates every week was a big hassle and took away 1-2 hrs of the founders' time every day. With IV, we were able to reduce this to less than 10 mins a day. Interviews were scheduled in less than 2 hours and the support team was quick with communication.

**What do you dislike about InterviewVector?**

Nothing in particular. Would have loved to get access to a trial pack of 3-5 interviews from the product directly rather than communicating and negotiating with the sales/AE team.

Arranging the 1st and 2nd rounds of technical interviews for the SDE role without worrying about the quality of interviewers and scheduling on both ends.

My experience wihh  InterviewVector was excellent. They have a very proactive team of skilled interviewers, the  unique feature is the TAT for interview feedback is super fast and a detailed analysis of candidates strength \weakness and  questions asked,rating and suggestion for hire call is provided . This just saves a lot of time for any recruiter or hiring manager. 
The platform is smooth with very easy to use features which makes your job super fast with scheduling multiple interviews with wide time range! 
The IV team is super responsive and available for any concerns which makes absolutely no room for doubts.

**What do you like best about InterviewVector?**

InterviewVector helped us in really ramping tech hiring at Airblack in the early days. Right from pipeline checks, to shortlisting profiles and conducting interviews - our hiring targets were met in fraciton of the time expected. Enabled us to use our resources and developer's time efficiently internally and achieve our goals.

The team was very proactive in helping us at each step, providing flexibility wherever needed. In terms of pricign when we compared few other alternatives like Karat, we really liked the offering InterviewVector had for us keeping the high quality intact.

No downside as such. I feel a possible enhancement could to be have some more transparency about the interviewers and their background preemptively.

At the end they give a summarised report of each candidate that lets you have a quick view of the over all interview.
