I didn't like that at the beginning I had silly problems, like a service was not installed correctly, I had problems with the panel password, the customer service is not bad but it takes a little time, in the end they are details but the price justifies everything, for me it's fine. I started using Interserver a couple of years ago due to their promotional offers, I have to say the cost after the promotion was a little higher than the normal web hosting, but the service was excellent. first, their support is awesome. I'm not that good with web hosting and setting up websites when I started and needed lots of help along the way, to their credit, interserver chat support is online all the time and you can contact them with the press of a button. coming to the hosting, I used their shared hosting plan with unlimited benefits which are common among the popular web hosting providers but the speed was crucial. they use Cpanel with softaculous which makes working with wordpress so easy. I don't like their payment gateway which is terrible if you're using the card but they also have PayPal, so that's, not a big issue. the pricing can be a little higher than usual web hosting providers but it's worth it in my opinion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The price. For a simple web hosting account you are charged $5/month. I think they even have other deals where it can be less. They also keep their servers from getting too heavy with other shared clients, and they patch/upgrade them so they seem to always offer the latest SQL server software. I would have to say that I wish they offered phone support but I don't think you can ask too much for $5/month. The only other thing is that they don't always seem to read their colleagues previous notes in their support cases, and you sometimes have to remind them that a previous "fix" has already been tried. One of the biggest drawbacks I had with this platform is that they do not offer a control panel for Windows servers, this makes you have to find among many workarounds to solve management problems in your applications since you do not have a panel main one where to view all the activity within your server. Interserver is one of the few web hosting services i found to be affordable as well as gives quality service in the long terms. in the past few years online trying to host my sites, I have switched between most of the so-called high-speed expensive top-rated hosting companies before moving onto interserver. one of the main quality of interserver, when compared with others, is the speed it provides when using shared hosting plans. the control panel is amazing with a lot of options including the domain setting, email settings ,softaculous installer, WordPress manager and more. they also provide f free SSL certificate with the domain and addon domains. the hosting plan offers almost everything unlimited including storage, bandwidth, addon domains, emails and more. you also have an option to get a dedicated IP address at five dollars. totally satisfied with the so far. the interface seems dull but it doesn't matter much as you can easily find your way around there and most of the hosting settings are in the control panel which is the standard one. most of the hosting companies usually offer a free domain along with the annual hosting plan but interserver doesn't provide that but instead, you can register a new domain or transfer the existing domain at two dollars. domain pricing is more than the average market rate. Support, this is the most important thing about Interservers, their support is superb. I had several issues with my WordPress installation and database management, and they were quick to react. They have all types of customer service which includes an instant chat support that can be accessed right from your account dashboard. The payments are simple, they accept PayPal, which is absolutely huge for me and it's effortless to set up automatic payments via PayPal. Another thing is their pricing scheme, it's very straightforward and won't change over time like others. They also offer free domain registration with their domain service. When coming to the quality of their service, I only used their shared hosting plan and it's really fast for a shared service. You also have an option to get a dedicated IP address for a low price. their website interface and user dashboard are really crap when compared to other services. I once had an issue with errors in their database and unable to add new domains to them, eventually they helped out and changed to the server which ultimately fixed the issue. I have a good experience of using Inter Server. The server is extremely fast; no problem at all with the server speed. Good interface, easy to configure the server. Complete CPanel with all necessary features that definitely makes you happy to go. Buying interserver is really worth of money. The standard web hosting is only $5 per month with everything unlimited. Unlimited ultra SSD storage and unlimited email accounts are available as usual. Other interesting features that I really like very much are- Free website migration and Sitepad website builder. Easy payment service is available. They support Paypal and others as usual.
