Its GUI and data tables can be modified easily using native applications in the suite. **What do you dislike about Maximo?** IBM Tech support needs to be better, too quick to close off support tickets at times. User license costs are too high need to be revised downwards. **Recommendations to others considering Maximo:** It's an enterprise-level application that has an impressive list of functionality. Investing in this software means also investing in the people to administer and effectively use the suite. It is easy to use and I like working with it. Everything just makes sense and the various applications works well together to support your processes. **What do you dislike about Maximo?** I like everything about Maximo. It is a great system to work with. **Recommendations to others considering Maximo:** Always speak to referance sites about their experiences. You have to select a great partner to implement Maximo. **What problems is Maximo solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are so many examples, but to name one: Tracking and managing Rotables can be complex, but with Maximo I know where everything is, whether it is in a serviceable state, in transit, or with the repair vendor. ### 5. It also use best-practice industry data models and workflows to accelerate your industry transformation. Extensive asset tracking and management. IBM Maximo is extremely capable of handling all sorts of assets so you can track every detail and part of the lifecycle of an asset inside an organization. Preventive maintenance and services. With IBM Maximo, it is possible to schedule all sorts of preventive maintenance for your equipment, maximizing the uptime of your systems and machinery and minimizing unforeseen events. **What do you dislike about Maximo?** Version fragmentation. Due to the challenge imposed by a version upgrade, it is common to find systems relying on legacy versions of Maximo which might become a challenge for the support team. **What problems is Maximo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Highly customizable. If the broad array of possibilities inside IBM Maximo still isn't suited for your specific application, it is possible to customize it to a very high degree so it can fit the needs of your organization. ### 6. My requirements was to have easy inventory management, purchasing and Maintainace activity with customers specific business process and approval. Maximo provided me means to customize the environment as per business process amd also provides easy workflow UI to develop/maintain my workflow processes **What do you like best about Maximo?** Best thing I like about Maximo is that its flexible in terms of Customisation and configuration and is intergrable with most of the erp solutions like SAP, oracle EBS supporting rest api interfaces. Also provide work center/start center where user can see all the imp notification/records. **What do you dislike about Maximo?** There is as such nothing that I dislike about it. Most common concerns was maximo on cloud. The Maximo EAM has everything that you need in operating and maintaining the organization's assets. **What problems is Maximo solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps records each activity you perform on your assets. You can use reports to identify the performance of a specific asset, determine which issues are recurring. The benefits that I have realized is that all activities are store in the database and can be pulled out to generate reports or data analysis on each assets. ### 9.
