IBM Tech support needs to be better, too quick to close off support tickets at times.

I like that is is so flexible and configurable and you can make it support your business processes rather than be limited to some rigid restrictions. It is easy to use and I like working with it. It also use best-practice industry data models and workflows to accelerate your industry transformation. Extensive asset tracking and management. IBM Maximo is extremely capable of handling all sorts of assets so you can track every detail and part of the lifecycle of an asset inside an organization. Preventive maintenance and services. With IBM Maximo, it is possible to schedule all sorts of preventive maintenance for your equipment, maximizing the uptime of your systems and machinery and minimizing unforeseen events. countries in Europe.

Best thing I like about Maximo is that its flexible in terms of Customisation and configuration and is intergrable with most of the erp solutions like SAP, oracle EBS supporting rest api interfaces.

There is as such nothing that I dislike about it.

It helps records each activity you perform on your assets. You can use reports to identify the performance of a specific asset, determine which issues are recurring. The benefits that I have realized is that all activities are store in the database and can be pulled out to generate reports or data analysis on each assets.
