Its user-friendliness and efficiency next to the sheer amount of data it handles to make real-time user profiles of your customers is just stunning.
The sheer impact it creates is overwhelming.

**What do you dislike about Intelligent Engagement Platform?**

Implementing the IEP is not a work of short breath. It takes time to get to know the product and shift your mindset to create good use-cases for your business. 
Luckily the consultants of NGDATA don’t shy away from a challenge and help you with use-cases and support.

**What problems is Intelligent Engagement Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- marketing efficiency has gone up
- use client data in a way that benefits them
- guide customers in their customer journey at the right time, via the right channel in a way that is relevant for them.

The machine learning capabilities, such as clustering and lookalike detection.

I think they should add automated modelling, where you can generate a predictive model for a chosen variable.
But I'm guessing they are working on this.

Make use of the machine learning capabilities. They are a goldmine.

There is a lot of info to gather that you can use for your customers so to utilize this product you to it fullest you will need a good understanding of what you want to accomplish.

The tool is very user friendly  and allows the marketeer to easily obtain customer insights! The visualization of journey stages and real-time data analysis are one of a kind. It truely deserves it’s name. It is intelligent!

I haven’t encountered any features To dislike!

The configuration is very accessible, and makes delivery of new data models, data ingests or triggered actions very fast

It seems a bit clunky and hard to figure out at first, but after you start using it, it becomes better and better.
