If you find a hurdle, contact the support team, and they will help you. Support is very good and quick. Once set up the system works without any manual effort. Search results are good. Possibilities for collaboration are very good. **What do you dislike about Comintelli?** There is not much to not like about this product. If I have to pick something it would be that the Dashboard Manager cannot change the user roles of the users of his/her own dashboard. **Recommendations to others considering Comintelli:** Set up and maintain the topics properly to get best search results possible. **What problems is Comintelli solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past we had one dedicated person searching the internet, magazines and exhibitions for competitor and customer news. This work is now completely automated by Comitelli Intelligence2day. Somtimes this person still finds "news". This would save me time so I could be more productive when I have a question or an issue arrises. **Recommendations to others considering Comintelli:** It's more convenient if your Customer Success Manager and support is in or near your timezone . **What problems is Comintelli solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is not a problem with Intelligence2day. I am wrorking on getting our Intellgence2day app into our OKTA, SSO (singel sign on app.) It will save time signing in. ### 5. Today I have to ingest content from a 3rd party content provider. **Recommendations to others considering Comintelli:** Spend 10 hours testing and understanding the software to get the full understanding of the capabilities of the platform. I have used 4-5 other competing platforms over the past 4-6 years, and Intelligence2day is to this day the best solution for managing data in comparison to the others. **What problems is Comintelli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We manage group and personalized alerts and report to +1500 emplyees across various organisations. It can find and sort relevant news from different sources. We can share news easy **What do you dislike about Comintelli?** It have great potential, but needs a lot of work to filter news when you have specific fields, and it requires a lot of manpower and resources for a small team with different fields of expertise. It have a lot of hiden relevant words that does take a lot of time to filter away to just get the right news on top of the feed. **What problems is Comintelli solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of our teams uses it a lot to share news and make lists (before, they used an excel sheet with links), even though they find news elsewhere first. And the report function is used too. It workes better for teams with the same area of expertise that can look into the search function and the results together. It also helps teams with the same sources to have everything at the same place. ### 9. However, with Intelligence2day, this learning curve is very quick and short **What problems is Comintelli solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are creating reports of what our competitors are doing and getting those notifications sent to the team. We also use the image scanning feature to collate the data our sales team retrieves from presentations they attend.
