I allows me to run VOE's on drivers. Allows me to add my recruiters to Tenstreet with out an additional charge. Drivers know who Tenstreet is and are more willing to fill out their applications because Tenstreet does not sell the drivers information. The only way a carrier can get an application from a driver is if the driver fills out the customized link for a carrier. **What do you dislike about Tenstreet for Carriers?** There is nothing I don't like about Tenstreet. They have the best support and the the pricing is great. **What problems is Tenstreet for Carriers solving and how is that benefiting you?** Drivers know and trust Tenstreet and are more willing to fill out an application for us. For example, something as straightforward as ordering a motor vehicle report requires navigating through three separate dropdown menus. While there are options to organize candidates into different groups and categories, the process is unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. Although the platform offers many features, it lacks practicality for a typical mid-sized trucking company. Simplifying the workflow and possibly reducing some of the platform’s functions could help address the clutter. I am able to get leads in and convert them to full application easily. I am also able to reach out to applicants through email and direct message if they have the Tenstreet Pulse app. This allows seamless conversion from lead to applicant to approved driver. They also make getting paperwork and documents easy once the driver is approved so we're able to onboard them faster and get them making money faster. ### 13.
