"Comprehensive EHSQ Platform with Strong Incident Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I really like Intelex EHSQ's incident management and dashboard features. The real-time reporting is fantastic, and tracking corrective actions is super easy. It also helps in solving manual paperwork and delayed incident reporting, making everything digital and audit-ready, which is a big plus for compliance tracking as per ISO 45001 and Aramco standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The initial setup of Intelex EHSQ is complex and requires training, which can be a bit daunting. The mobile app also tends to be slow at times. It would be great if the setup process could include simpler configurations and more ready-made templates suited for Aramco and ISO 45001 projects. Furthermore, the mobile app could benefit from faster loading times, offline mode for remote sites, and a simpler interface for workers to report near misses. What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

Steep Learning Curve for End-Users: Because the system is highly powerful, it can feel overly dense. End-users routinely note that logging field metrics requires too many clicks or navigating confusing sub-menus, which can slow down daily adoption Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Boosts Efficiency, Needs Better Export Formats"
4/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I use Intelex EHSQ for creating Risk assessments and COSHH documentations, and I appreciate how easy it is to input details like hazards, associated buildings, risk ratings, and mitigation measures. I really like that it's easy to find most hazards on the platform and that it automatically does the risk ratings for me, which is a huge time saver compared to manually using a risk matrix. Intelex makes the whole process much faster and more efficient for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

When I export the final risk assessment to PDF, it can look very messy. Another issue I face is the time it takes for technical issues to get rectified, though I am not sure if this delay is due to my institution or a problem with Intelex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive EHSQ Platform, but Dated UX and Rigid Reporting"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

*Overall Experience:*

I've used Intelex EHSQ primarily for incident reporting, audits, and compliance management. While the platform is comprehensive and covers a wide range of EHSQ modules, the day-to-day user experience falls short of modern standards.

*What I Dislike:*

The interface feels dated and unintuitive. Simple tasks take too many clicks, and navigation isn't consistent across modules. Page load times can be slow, and workflows don't always align with real-world use cases. For new users, the learning curve is steep.

*Limitations:*

Customization is limited and forms can feel rigid. Reporting lacks flexibility — getting the exact data you need requires more manual effort than it should. The system feels built for compliance first, usability second.

*Impact:*

Intelex does succeed at centralizing EHSQ data in one place, but the UX friction slows down routine tasks. It gets the job done, but not efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines EHSQ Activities with Enhanced Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I really like Intelex EHSQ for having all EHS and quality information organized in one centralized platform. The incident reporting, inspections, corrective action tracking, and audit management features stand out and are particularly useful. I appreciate the clarity in tracking actions and responsibilities, which cuts down on manual follow-ups and enhances team visibility. The reporting and dashboard features are great for monitoring performance and identifying areas that need more attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The interface can feel a little complex for new users, and some features could be more intuitive. More customization options and simpler navigation would improve the overall user experience. Some reporting, dashboard customization, and workflow configuration features can take time to learn. A simpler navigation structure, clearer user guidance, and more ready-made templates would make these features easier to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined EHSQ Management with Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I like how Intelex EHSQ brings quality, health and safety, and compliance processes into a single platform. The workflow automation is incredibly valuable for CAPA management as it automatically routes actions to the right people, sends reminders, and helps ensure that corrective actions are completed on time. I appreciate the dashboards which provide a clear overview of open CAPAs, upcoming audits, and overall compliance status, making it easier to prioritize work and identify potential issues early. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

One area that could be improved is the user interface as some screens feel a bit dated and required multiple clicks to complete common tasks. Reducing the number of clicks needed to access frequently used features, improving navigation between modules, and making menus more consistent would enhance usability. 4/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I like that Intelex EHSQ centralizes various HSE activities into one platform, which helps my team easily record and track safety observations, incidents, inspections, and audits. This makes managing HSE information more straightforward and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

One area that can be improved is the user interface and navigation; some features can take time to find, especially for new users. I would recommend a simpler layout with a clean dashboard and clearly labeled sections for HSE tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable All-in-One EHSQ with Strong Reporting and Compliance Tools"
5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

The best thing about Intelex EHSQ is its highly customizable, all-in-one approach to managing EHS and quality processes. It centralizes critical data, streamlines compliance activities, and provides strong reporting capabilities that help organizations make better, data-driven decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

The main drawback is that the platform can have a steep learning curve, particularly when setting up custom workflows and reports. Some administrative tasks require specialized knowledge, and the user experience could be more intuitive in certain areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralized HSEQ Management Made Easy with Intelex EHSQ"
4/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I like that Intelex EHSQ provides a centralised platform for managing HSEQ information and activities. It makes it easier to report and track incidents, corrective actions, inspections, audits, and other HSEQ requirements in one system. I also find the ability to monitor action close-outs and maintain records useful for accountability, compliance, and continual improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

I find Intelex EHSQ very useful overall, but some functions can be time-consuming and may require multiple steps to complete or update records. The system can also be a little difficult to navigate for new users, particularly when entering detailed information. Improving the user interface, simplifying workflows, and making the system more intuitive would make it easier and quicker to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Problem Detection, Lacks Environmental Focus"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I like Intelex EHSQ for its ability to identify my problem and search for the most common forum related to it. The quality control system is something I appreciate, as it helps detect defective production lines and make them visible. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

I find the environmental impact and wasted material aspects of Intelex EHSQ lacking. It would be helpful if they made a special version for each manufacturing sector to address these issues more effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
