Intelekt AI Reviews & Product Details

Intelekt AI is an enterprise voice AI platform for BFSI, utilities, and EV companies running high-volume phone operations globally. In BFSI, it runs the calls no one wants to staff: EMI reminders, debt collections, KYC verification, loan repayment follow-ups, L1 customer support. Across languages. Without misquoting loan terms or slipping on regulated disclosures mid-call. Utilities use it for payment reminders, overdue bill follow-ups, connection onboarding, meter confirmations — the kind of volume where manual calling stops making sense. EV companies handle inbound charging support, service scheduling, warranty queries, and outbound adoption campaigns for fleet and retail customers. Under the hood: agent swarm architecture. Multiple specialised AI voice agents run in parallel on a single call — one for dialogue, one for compliance tracking, and one for intent detection. No single model doing everything. KYC flows, policy disclosures, and multi-turn support they hold in production because the architecture is built for it, not borrowed from a general-purpose CRM. 13M+ production calls. Multilingual. Live in days.
