"A superb, robust and tailored Solution for our SCOM to ITSM integration, in-place for several years."
5/5
What do you like best about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

We've been using Kelverion IPs for many years now, to allow us to automate the raising of incidents and work orders into our ITSM, from System Center Operations Manager. For initial setup, Kelverion worked closely with us to ensure that the solution was tailored to our environment and requirements, and committed to ensuring the solution was fit-for-purpose and delivering the best value for us. The Integration Packs have been virtually trouble-free and the solution just 'works' everyday.

Last year we did a major upgrade to our ITSM, and Kelverion support was superb, hand-holding us throughout the entire process, as well as being on hand with advice for the System Center Orchestrator Upgrade that was required too. We hit issues with the ITSM API and Kelverion support did some extremely detailed testing, troubleshooting and Vendor liaison, to prove the issue was with the ITSM Vendor, and to get us over the line. Support is responsive, and direct, and we feel like a valued customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

It's a complex solution under-the-hood. But if you're brave enough to try and understand how it works, the Kelverion support guys do a fantastic job of explaining how the workflows and runbooks fit together, and any further features / potential in the IPs that could be leveraged. What do you like best about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

We use several integration packs from Kelverion, the quality is good and saves us development time, for basic stuff.

We also like the support that is being offered, response is quick and always helpful.

In most of our runbooks we use activities that are part of some Kelverion IP, the one we use the most is the Kelverions ServiceNow IP.

The packs are easy to install and the licensing model is simple Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"World Class - Leaders in the field."
5/5
What do you like best about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

Kelverion stands as a market leader in Integration Packs and all things related to System Center and Azure Integration Modules. Whenever we engage with them to propose a feature request or recommend enhancements, their responsiveness consistently exceeds expectations—often delivering solutions faster than we can deploy them. Rich and the team possess world-class technical expertise and an exceptional ability to deliver in even the most complex environments. The ease of use and implementation is simple. The documentation fantastic. For support we initially reach out to Greg and co but the products are solid so this is a rarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A need not a nice to have"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

Being a long time System Center “abuser” and missing those MMS conferences focusing on Management ; these IPs are my life blood when managing 3000 Windows servers. It reduced the time to get real value out of Orchestrator instead of building from ground zero. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integration Packs for System Center Orchestrator?

They are complex to understand so they are not for your weekend warriors but they have awesome staff to help leverage and understand them helping you getting tweaked for your environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
