IntakeBird Reviews & Product Details

IntakeBird helps behavioral-health group practices turn new client inquiries into first appointments. Clients fill in a calm, supportive online form on any phone, with no account. Your intake team works every inquiry in one shared queue, where missing items are flagged and each intake has an owner and a clear next step. IntakeBird’s therapist matching rules out clinicians who can’t see the client (service, age group, insurance, location, taking new clients). It then weighs fit, including what the client wrote in their own words, and shows your team the best matches with plain reasons. Your team always makes the final choice. Send a booking offer that holds the time, or book in your own EHR and record it in one step. When nobody fits, clients wait on a fair, ordered waitlist. Practice reports show time to first response and days to first appointment, and Improvement areas point out what to change, with the cost in days of client waiting. IntakeBird signs a Business Associate Agreement with every practice. Client data is stored only in the United States and encrypted, and every record opened is logged.
