InstantResponse.AI Reviews & Product Details

InstantResponse.AI is the AI front desk for local service businesses. It replies to message leads from Google Local Services Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack and your website chat widget 24/7: in under 5 seconds on Yelp and Thumbtack and under 20 seconds on Google LSA. The AI follows your rules (services, starting prices, offers and hours), asks the qualifying questions you set, collects the customer's phone number or confirms a time, follows up when leads go quiet, and hands off to your team with alerts by WhatsApp, SMS and email. All leads land in one inbox, along with Google LSA call recordings, transcripts and AI summaries. Reports cover Yelp Ads, Google LSA (including lead credits), Google Business Profile and leads by source. Native Workiz integration, plus Zapier and webhooks. Plans from $99/month with unlimited leads and messages, a 14-day free trial and no contracts.
