VoiceBot Reviews & Product Details

Instadesk VoiceBot is an AI-powered voice solution that handles both inbound and outbound customer calls across 30+ languages and 56 accents. For inbound calls, it replaces traditional IVR menus with natural conversation. Callers speak freely instead of pressing buttons. The AI understands intent, answers questions, and completes tasks like balance checks, password resets, appointment booking, or order status updates — all without human intervention. The inbound VoiceBot integrates with your CRM and ERP systems. It can query account balances, process refunds, and update customer records during the call. Using RAG technology, it pulls answers from your uploaded manuals, FAQs, and policy documents in real time. When a caller shows buying intent or asks a complex question, the bot instantly escalates to a human agent with full conversation context. For outbound calls, the VoiceBot automates lead qualification, appointment scheduling, payment reminders, and customer follow-ups at scale. It dials thousands of calls simultaneously, follows compliant scripts, and uses LLM-powered intent recognition to adjust conversations based on customer emotion. Hot leads are transferred to your sales team immediately. The platform is no-code. You can launch multilingual campaigns in days using a drag-and-drop visual builder.
