InsightXtract Reviews & Product Details

InsightXtract is an AI-powered document extraction and data intelligence platform tailored for the property and casualty (P&C) insurance sector. It automates the processing of various documents, including ACORD forms, loss runs, statements of value (SOVs), broker emails, and Excel attachments, transforming them into clean, validated data. The platform offers built-in validation rules, full auditability, and flexible processing options, allowing for straight-through processing or underwriter-in-the-loop review. Key Features and Functionality: - Document Understanding: Beyond traditional optical character recognition (OCR), InsightXtract provides layout-aware extraction across structured forms, semi-structured loss runs, and free-text emails. It includes per-field confidence scoring and handles elements like handwritten annotations, stamps, and signatures. - Agentic Pipelines: The platform employs multi-step pipelines that classify documents, extract schemas, run business rules, and cross-check against systems of record. It offers configurable validation rule libraries and visual pipeline builders for streamlined processing. - Flexible Decision-Making: Users can configure processing per line of business, document type, and confidence threshold. The system supports fully automated processing for clean data and routes data requiring review to underwriters, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Primary Value and User Solutions: InsightXtract addresses the inefficiencies in manual document processing within P&C insurance operations. By automating the extraction, validation, and decision-making processes, it significantly reduces the time and effort required to handle submissions, claims, renewals, and reinsurance bordereaux. This leads to faster processing times, improved data accuracy, and enhanced operational efficiency, allowing insurance teams to focus on higher-value tasks and decision-making.
