"Great Training for Employees"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The interface has lots of options and is very logical and easy to use. With a huge library of ready-to-use phishing emails (not to mention the ability to create our own) setting up a campaign is a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Then again, with lots of options and ways to adjust campaigns and emails, it can become a little bit of a curve to learn the ins and outs of setting up campaigns. But I'm sure it will get easier over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Infosec IQ"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Fresh content on several current hot topics in the industry. We recently switched to Infosec from another well-known competitor and have been pleased with the service thus far. Our former provider's content was getting a bit stale, and we felt our employees were getting bored with similar training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I do not have any significant dislikes as of yet. The navigation is different and not as intuitive as other products I've used, but it's manageable, and everything I need for training is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

All of the training resources are extremely valuable for improving awareness and our overall internal security. the Phishing sims are also amazing for making sure our employees stick to industry standards and stay vigilant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I wish the phishing email menu had a more technical editing version and I wish there was a less juvenile version of the choose your own adventure training, the concept is great it just feels a little bit condescending to give to adult employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly and comprehensive online cyber security training"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I love that you can create a "campaign" (training session) and access reports as well as to reassign to those that didn't complete the campaign the first time. This is great for those that forgot and need a reminder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Some of the reports are a little cumbersome to get to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Important topic and the material is outstanding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The new Work Bytes training material is top-notch. Since implementing it, we have received numerous comments about the entertainment value, which means it is holding the end-users attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The mere fact that it is even necessary. I wish we could alter some of the answers on the automatic assessments to align more with our company's culture. Specifically, the need to notify the IT department is they suspect spam instead of just deleting the message. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I work for a city government and we've been very pleased with Infosec IQ thus far."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The phishing simulations are extremely well done and a super easy way to find the weak links, as it were, in your user base. Also a great asset to have in place when the cyber security insurance review comes around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Nothing so far to be perfectly honest. We love the huge selection of training vids and the fact they are all short enough to not be a burden for users. We're happy customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Phishing Training, Great Results"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

We like that the ability to set up phishing campaigns is as easy as making a cup of coffee. And once it's done, it's set it and forget it. We priced a few other solutions, but this one seemed to be the best value for what it is offering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

There's a small learning curve to get started. Just a lot of navigation to set up your first campaign, but Infosec's onboarding team helped us get going without a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and easy to use, yet effective and full-featured"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Built-in campaigns that are high quality. I love the campaigns that have direct and specific feedback for users about what was "wrong" with a given simulation email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The reporting is acceptable, and results can be exported so that more can be done with the data, but more out of the box management reports, including trend reports would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
