InfiniteWP is laid out very well and has a user-friendly interface for listing and tagging websites, which made it easy to organize all of our sites! The functions of InfiniteWP are somewhat limited compared to other site maintenance platforms and doing updates through their interface could be somewhat difficult if it was a mass update or a plugin update with lots of change logs to read through. We had multiple designers working on specific sites that our company owns/hosts, so InfiniteWP made it easy to organize sites so each developer had their own space. Their bulk update tool also allowed us to take care of minor plugin updates across multiple websites in seconds. Ultimately, their functions were not compatible with the number of sites and scope of work that we needed to do, so we ended up switching to another platform. Management panels for Wordpress are extremely helpful. InfiniteWP was one of the best investments I ever made, and I still use it a decade or so later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about InfiniteWP? It's not quite as easy to add a site as with WpmuDev. When you manage a lot of sites for clients, it's important to keep track of everything - what themes, what plugins, update status, etc. When I first got InfiniteWP my web maintenance business was just starting; now, I'm well established and I attribute that to InfiniteWP. What I like best is the ability to manage multiple WordPress websites from one central location. I tried other similar services, and this is hands down the best. When using InfiniteWP, you can make website updates, protect them & backup them securely. I like a lot of things about this software. The most important, to me, is the ability to see all my sites needs at once. The product often stops working inexplicably, despite no changes to either the underlying WordPress installation/s or the server it's running on.
