They always have appointments available in the same week I call.

**What do you dislike about IN Focus First?**

I really don't have any complaints. They have been better than any other clinic I've ever been to.

**Recommendations to others considering IN Focus First:**

I can't say enough about how Jessica breaks everything down to a science. Stuff about diet and gut health and how that effects the enitre body. These are all things I never knew before. I was just given medication. Now I'm actually getting better.

**What problems is IN Focus First solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've got major anxiety and ADHD. Getting a proper diagnosis at IN Focus First was the turning point for me. Before finding them, I was stuck on months long waitlists only to face rushed appointments where doctors guessed at my symptoms, leaving me confused about what was actually ADHD and what was just overlapping anxiety or burnout.
