We didn't have to design a complex import UI or build validation logic from scratch, which freed our engineering team from maintaining internal tools that don't directly add product value. It solved a recurring problem for us by eliminating messy data imports that required constant manual fixes. The setup was straightforward, and we were able to get the first import flow running quickly by defining fields and validations, with documentation being clear enough that we didn't need much trial and error.
