"Intuitive UI with Some Payment Method Frustrations"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I use impact.com as a medium for affiliate marketing, promoting different products, and find the platform simple and straightforward. The features are easy to use, especially the UI which is comfortable and clear. They reply soon with solutions when I face trouble, and I appreciate their prompt response. I like the dynamic tracking since I've never had my tracking lost. The initial setup was quite easy and straightforward with no unnecessary details. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The most frustrating thing for me is banking channels and changing the country. I have a problem with changing my desired payment receiving method. It's not possible, and they tell me to delete the account and create a new one, which is really annoying. I want the withdrawal methods to be flexible, but I cannot change them. One of my payments got disbursed due to a poor banking setup, and now I want to change the bank and currency and add PayPal, but impact.com doesn't allow me. "Comprehensive, Scalable Platform for Managing Partnerships with Powerful Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

What I like most about impact.com is how comprehensive the platform is. It makes it easy to discover, recruit, and manage a wide variety of partnership types all in one place, from content creators and loyalty partners to technology affiliates. The reporting is robust, giving me the insights I need to optimize partner performance, troubleshoot tracking issues, and make data-driven decisions. I also appreciate the automation features, flexible commissioning capabilities, and overall scalability, which make it much easier to efficiently manage affiliate programs of all sizes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

While impact.com is a powerful platform, some workflows can feel more complex than they need to be. The reporting interface has a learning curve, and creating custom reports or finding specific data often takes more clicks than expected. Managing contracts and commission changes across multiple partners can also be time-consuming, and I'd like to see faster load times and more intuitive navigation in certain areas. Improving the user experience for day-to-day program management would make an already strong platform even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As an affiliate marketer and a publisher, it's incredibly convenient to find reputable brands in one place. Their dashboard is user-friendly, tracking is accurate, and payments are both timely and flexible, which helps with planning and scaling campaigns. "One of the best Affiliate Management platforms"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I like that impact.com is easy to implement and has a user-friendly interface. Having everything in one platform—affiliate management, link creation, coupon creation, and reviewing affiliate revenue—makes my tasks in affiliate marketing much simpler. I can also integrate Google Workspace and connect with Looker Studio for more data analysis. Whenever I have an issue on Impact, I can quickly reach support via chat, and within minutes I either get a solution right away or follow-up feedback by email through a ticket. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

Sometimes the platform is too slow. I understand the amount of data, but it's too slow when we have to go back once I select something that I finish. I have to go back and search again the affiliate. So I think this process could easily just go back where I was before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Lower Income Card Hero Saves People Money And Gets Money."
4.5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I like that it's very easy to make affiliates for anything that I feel can advanced my perogative as an affiliate/promoter for TCGPlayer.com.

I like that you can advanced your commissions as an affilate. The overall usage of the Impact commission system is very useful to me because I spend a lot of time trying to reach my followers' day to day needs as Card Nerds in this modern age. Being able to promote whatever I feel will save my community money in these tougher economic times is so meaningful to me and provides me self worth. It gives me the feeling that I'm helping my people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

When I'm using my tablet, not this PC, it is very difficult to keep impact.com from reseting and having to re-login to create a new affiliate link. So, yes, there's trouble on iOS tablets keep continuity on my Safari tabs.

Additionally, I find the payment timelines for affiliates very confusing. The advance system with the lightningpay feature is welcomed by me and loved even so that I can cash out. But, I don't know when my next advance will appear. I have a Master's Degree and I'm still a dullard when it comes to this. I need this to help me expect the next time I get paid for my efforts as an affiliate.

I don't like the huge percentages taken for taking a huge advance. As a relatively broke person right now, I don't like seeing that 10% of my commissions could be taken out if the wrong Advance setting is set. In fact, once I had set my advance fee percentage, the interface does not detail the setting that I chose. It says 9.5% as a default. And that gives me anxiety. So, I would add something on the advance interface to assure the user that they locked in a low percentage fee for their advances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is fast, reliable, and handles large volumes of partner data without performance issues.

What I like best about impact.com is that it brings partner management, tracking, and reporting into a single platform. The dashboard makes it easy to monitor clicks, conversions, and partner performance without switching between different tools. I also appreciate the automation for partner onboarding and commission payments, which saves a lot of manual effort. The reporting is detailed and customizable, making it easier to identify top-performing partners and optimize campaigns. Overall, it has made managing affiliate and partnership programs much more efficient and organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

There is a lot of functionality available, so it can take some time to become familiar with all the features and reporting options. Once everything is set up and you understand the platform, it works smoothly and provides a lot of value. I also like that it continues to add new capabilities, so there is always something that can help improve how partnerships are managed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple and Reliable Platform for Affiliate Marketing"
4/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

What I like most about impact.com is how easy it is to keep track of everything in one place. I can see clicks, conversions, and commissions without having to dig through different reports. The dashboard is simple to use, and once you get familiar with it, managing affiliate partnerships becomes much easier. It has helped me save time and stay organized, especially when working with multiple partners. Overall, it's been a reliable platform for managing affiliate marketing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

The biggest downside for me is the learning curve. It has a lot of features, which is great, but it can be confusing at first. I also wish some sections of the dashboard were easier to navigate. Once you get used to it, it's fine, but the initial setup could be more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Finding Brand Campaigns, Needs Better Brand Communication"
1/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I use impact.com for finding brand campaigns and checking my balance for my Walmart creator account. I like that it has assets I can use when posting to my social media channels, and finding brands is easy with the search bar. I appreciate that I can message a brand for collaborations and receive a free product to review. I also like the affiliate invite notifications because I can either decline or accept the programs I want. The initial setup was pretty easy, too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

I've noticed that some brands do not respond to emails I send. I don't know if they get notifications or not, but a good feature would be to send them notification that they received a message. Several of my messages haven't been responded to. On the sign in page could be colorful with design instead of a plain looking page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Affiliate Connections and Helpful Click & Engagement Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about impact.com?

I think the best case is I can connect with so many affiliates programs and also update my social media connections like add/remove any time, I think I like that most. Also the tracking of clicks and engagements based on date range is also helpful. Also it tracks all affiliates with specialized categories too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?

Not gonna like but the most disliked thing My X account got disconnected multiple times probably each time I signed in to impact to check I always saw it got disconnected to y affiliate program, also I want the date range dafault be like this - start date (when affiliate was approved) , end date - today, but most of the time it shows like today to today so I have to manually set the date range alot of times. I wish the default was like I said.To see lifelong earning/clicks/engagement easily, so add filters maybe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about impact.com?
