What do you like best about iManage Work?

I like the general improvements that are continuously made and the fact imanage are always thinking one step ahead, for example co-author and new outlook Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iManage Work?

Right now the new outlook add-in lacks key functionality such as drag and drop. Also there’s a worry without embracing the ai specific imanage features a lot of imanage functionality may not be as beneficial to lawyers especially with the use of other tools such as Harvey.
