## About Ignite Lean
Ignite Lean is a lean manufacturing platform that gives small and mid-size manufacturers one connected system for production, quality, and maintenance. It is built for shops with 20 to 500 employees that have outgrown paper travelers, spreadsheets, and a drawer full of disconnected point tools, but are not ready for the cost and complexity of an enterprise MES. The question Ignite Lean answers is simple: can a company define a product and digitally execute the build, start to finish, on the floor? Engineering lays out the plant, sequences each station, and authors versioned visual work instructions with photos, arrows, and numbered callouts. Operators run every build from a tablet kiosk at the workstation, with scans, serial capture, and torque values recorded as they go. Supervisors watch the whole floor live, where a station turns red the moment downtime starts. On the production side, Ignite Lean covers digital work instructions, the operator tablet kiosk, real-time shop floor visibility, an Andon board, kit-level traceability, and manufacturing downtime tracking with pareto analysis, so the same five reasons stop costing you time month after month. On quality, Ignite Lean is a full ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. It includes non-conformance and CAPA workflows with effectiveness verification, a calibration register, a training and competency matrix, an FMEA and risk register, SPC, customer complaints, cost of quality, and First Article Inspection, plus an ISO readiness wizard with per-clause scoring. It is built for ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and ISO 13485 audits and produces audit-ready records by default. On maintenance, Ignite Lean is a complete CMMS: an asset register with QR tags, corrective and preventive maintenance, work orders with a segregated verify step, spare parts inventory with reorder logic, vendors, and purchase orders. Floor downtime can automatically spawn a maintenance work order, and maintenance KPIs include MTBF, MTTR, and PM compliance. Pricing is built for SMBs. Operators and viewers are always free, so you only pay for manager seats. Ignite Lean installs as a progressive web app on any phone or tablet and works offline on the floor.
