IFTAflow Reviews & Product Details

IFTAflow is IFTA quarterly fuel tax software built for accounting firms, permit services and IFTA service providers that prepare returns for many trucking carriers. It runs the whole quarter in one workflow: request data from every carrier, import fuel card and ELD exports, catch missing miles and fuel before filing, calculate fleet MPG and tax by state automatically, get client approval, and keep an audit-ready archive. One board shows every client's deadline, status and open exceptions, with unlimited carriers in one workspace. Includes a demo workspace with sample carriers and a 7-day free trial.
