What do you like best about IEX?

The variety of activity codes. The ability to fill out full and comprehensive profiles for team members. Availability is built into the profiles to be applied to the finished schedules. Reporting is generated directly from the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Not as easy to use as i envisioned"

What do you like best about IEX?

I like that there is a webstation version and that i can add and remove activities from there. IEX lets me view live intraday which is a great benefit on day to day basics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IEX?

THe IEX app in itself is not super easy to use and the icons are outdated and very slow to load Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

My day to day role has not changed other than required to learn to use this new program. I struggle with IEX there is a lot of potentials and a lot of things that i still do not know that the system is capable of doing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Schedule Bidding and Patterns .

It's friendly amd easy to use for both SLA and LA

The fact that it also have IEX supervisor as web-based access for reports makes it more efficient to use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I haven't fully utilized all the functions but so far every tab has its owm unique purpose..

What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mostly forecasting and schedule corresponding to a pattern or forecast.

Most benefit is that it is easy to understand amd export , where you can create your own table to present the data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IEX?

IEX is the most complete Workforce platform I have ever used. It's the best solution for your end to end Workforce process needs especially if you have multiple contact types, verticals/ lines of business, channels etc. IEX is flexible and customizable to your needs may it be forecasting, scheduling, real time, and reporting. Features interval historical reporting including agent group summaries which is useful for managing productivity and performance. It's the best scheduling tool I have used in over 13 years. What do you dislike about IEX?

It's the best tool I have used and cannot think of anything I dislike about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IEX solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allocations of requirements for multiple locations/ groups. Creating different scenarios for forecasts and schedules. Seamless scheduling. I can create base schedules for agent groups and still generate schedules factoring in base schedules. I can make multiple scheduling scenarios without having to use live schedules or dummy/ test profiles. Intradays are the best. It provides actual agent staffing on an interval level. You will not find it in different platforms. It even provides a summary of agent states by interval which you can use to provide feedback and coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
