What seems most impressive to me is its functional depth. You can tell that the tool was designed to cater to all types of events. Even if I don't use the solution to its full potential, it's reassuring to know that I haven't reached its limits and that the tool will still be suitable even if my future projects become more complex. **What do you dislike about idloom?** The Badge section is, in my opinion, improvable. It is also user-friendly and easy to train staff on how to use the system. I like how a registration can be customized in so many different ways depending on the type of event that is being held. I also like how the application can be used as an "online form" to capture user data, and the event parts can be disabled/tailored to that as well. It's not difficult to categorize events based on the profile groups and to find a specific event page based on the name or tagging feature. The support team is always friendly and responds back right away when we have questions or issues. **What do you dislike about idloom?** It is a little harder to display when you have an event that is being held on multiple days and not a full range of days. I also think it's easy to miss the "Join Online" button in the confirmation email for an online event. The catalog feature is also less user-friendly.
