What do you dislike about Ideagen Policy Logic? Support: The assistance provided during the training and launch phases was invaluable; however, subsequent responses to inquiries have been sparse. Additionally, searching for answers often yields a significant amount of unrelated information. Customer Support: The promise to "reach out" for any questions during system implementation has proven to be unreliable. Assurance and workflows, which can be cumbersome to navigate. Non-Video Training Content: Relying on extensive written training materials is not optimal for our staff. Enhancing the training experience with high-quality video content would be a significant improvement Manual Audits - quite suprising that a lot of the audit system is manual (print the audit, complete, manual calculations, manual re-entry of outcomes. Not only is the platform flexible to adapt to our needs, it provides confidence that our records will persist beyond the tenure of current personnel, well into the future. This would help with high level reporting. Some ease of use issues, like moving to the next page has to be done from the top of the page rather than from both the top and bottom.
