Ideagen CompliSpace supports the college in meeting legislative requirements. The software also serves as a space for continual review, reflection, and improvement of the college's operational practices. This is particularly useful in an industry where legislation is constantly changing. Supported by a team of highly trained customer support team and professionals with expertise in legal, risk, strategy, and general operations, Ideagen CompliSpace provides a unique opportunity to cultivate a positive workplace culture and effective management/ operations. The user-friendly nature and the contextualisation and ease of implementation of the software make it our primary choice for all policies and procedures. The consolidation of policies and procedures in one inventory provides the college with flexibility in managing, updating, and sharing current policies and procedures with all stakeholders. Idegeaden Complispace is used daily by all college staff members. **What do you dislike about Ideagen Policy Logic?** Arrahman College has been utilising Ideagen CompliSpace since 2021. While Ideagen demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous product development, it would be beneficial to see the platform seamlessly integrate with the school's Administration Management System (SENTRAL). Ideagen CompliSpace has undergone significant improvement in recent years, and I am optimistic that further efforts could enhance its compatibility with various school management systems. The incorporation of training materials and courses available on CompliLearn should be linked to Teacher Accreditation standards. This linkage would enable teachers to maintain an accurate log of their training, providing a more streamlined and comprehensive approach to professional development within the educational context. The software can also be slow to load at times, however overall, this does not impact its reliability. **What problems is Ideagen Policy Logic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ideagen CompliSpace supports Arrahman College in areas of compliance, policy training, policy management, induction, policy review, and public distribution of key policies. Ideagen CompliSpace offers a dedicated space for the annual review of policies and procedures, allowing for systematic evaluation and updates.
