It is incredibly clunky and difficult to navigate. It has systems stacked on systems that do not talk to each other. There is no training and the customer service is woefully inadequate. I am not sure why schools cling to this system. There are much better products in the market that can take away significant administrative workload and manage risk & compliance efficiently.
