It is a program with support for the latest versions of Windows which is very helpful, compared to web apps, because we can use it at any time, even if we do not have an Internet connection. It will not be very difficult to intuit what you must do to change the size of your images, since the graphic interface is designed to be understandable by any type of user, of any age.
