We would like to get better information for usage and potential savings as well. I love that Cloudability allows for the reporting of both financial and usage metrics so we can introduce the engineers to the finance side. We also really liked the monthly reports of which direction costs were trending for which services. It was overall a helpful tool in planning our reserved instances, and we liked that it consolidates reporting from multiple cloud service providers. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloudability?** We found the contract/renewal/billing process to be quite opaque, and didn't have the best experience making changes. Part of this is due to our contract renewal happening during staffing changes internally. We had to contact support to resolve billing and account closure issues. The implementation is easy and the UI is simple to use. Support is good. **What do you dislike about IBM Cloudability?** Apptio has a strong practice in the U.S. and European markets and a growing practice in Australia, where it leverages its own sales personnel. In other regions, however, it depends on local partners for selling its FinOps solution.
