HyperQuote Takeoff Reviews & Product Details

HyperQuote is AI takeoff software built for commercial HVAC/R and plumbing equipment distributors, manufacturers' reps, and estimators. Quoting equipment from a drawing set means reading the mechanical schedules, then finding every tagged instance across the plans, then reconciling the two — a process that takes hours and where a single missed count costs margin. HyperQuote does it in minutes. Upload a drawing set and specifications. HyperQuote extracts the equipment schedules with the full performance envelope per tag — capacity, airflow, electrical, physical data, and remarks — locates the tagged instances on the floor plans, deduplicates units appearing across multiple sheets, and produces a quote-ready bill of materials for review. Built specifically for HVAC/R and plumbing rather than general construction estimating, so it understands equipment schedules, tag conventions, and the difference between a schedule row and a unit count. Review the output. Skip the transcription.
