1) Data integrity and consistancy 
2) Granular recovery is very helful function
3) Automating the recovery process is added advantage
4) Support for multiple file systems.

1) A bit complex to setup
2) Downtime during recovery sometimes make it tricky
3) Learning curve to learn about product
4) dependancy on backup quality

**What problems is Hyper-V Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for sql sever data files recovery solution. it worked fantastic in terms of data backup and reovery in multiple regions including log files and delta files.

It has allowed me to be able to have a solution to recover my VM's in the event of a disaster at low costs to me

Licensing model to be made simpler, also have a similar product for Linux OS compatibility.

if you want to do complexe job its a bit complicate

No native backup real solution for Hyper-V. so need to use Veeam or else
