"Huntress Security Awareness Training is a slam dunk"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

At our MSP, we want to provide great security awareness training to our clients, but we don't want to spend time curating and scheduling content. With Huntress' managed approach to SAT and proactive phishing, we set it and forget it. It's an easy integration into the client's M365 tenant. There's no messing around with DNS records for email. Everything works directly via the M365 API. You can also upload your own custom content if you need to. We count on it to protect our clients every day. Huntress partner relations and tech support is second to none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

When Huntress sends out the emails to the users notifying them that they have training, it sends them a number to paste into the webpage to log in. That process is a bit clunky, but I guess I understand why it is done that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huntress SAT"
4/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The topics are valid and very educational, it is pretty easy to track participation and where they fall on their knowledge of Cyber Security. if we include the phishing module as well it is

as an administrator of the solution i find it really easy to setup organizations i bring on within minutes. the M365 integration is super simple for anyone to hook up.

One of the best things about huntress as a whole is the support team and account managers are always available to help with any solution they provide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I'd like the animation to move from their animation with Children to more animation with employees and businesses I think it would really drive the point across better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Leagues above the competitors"
4/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

Out of all the SAT offerings we've tried, Huntress was by far the easiest to configure and maintain. The Campaign setup is smooth and just works.

Integrating directly into Entra ID made things very easy. Setup was super quick, and the Support team were fast to resolve any issues as they arose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The 'report message' functionality seems a little behind. You have to create an anti-spam policy in Defender to allow an external autoforward, as well as create both a contact and a shared mailbox.

Other products supply an Add-in that you deploy via the M365 admin center and does all the work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Huntress Security Awareness Training - Endless Value!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

What I like most about Huntress Security Awareness Training is how it uses real-world examples to teach cybersecurity. It’s easy to understand, keeps you engaged, and provides ongoing updates to stay ahead of threats. Plus, it gives actionable insights that help you see how you're improving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

One downside of Huntress Security Awareness Training is that it might feel a bit repetitive over time, especially for those already familiar with basic cybersecurity practices. Also, while the training is generally user-friendly, some of the content could be more interactive to keep users more engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Sit back and let the Huntress Team manage your SAT Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The very best thing is the hands off approach to the ongoing management of getting learners assigned content. You create a new customer account, link it with Microsoft Graph API (or other), import the users, and then the Huntress Team automatically assigns relevant training to all learners every few months. This takes the administrative burden off of the MSP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

Overall it's very good! The only thing that could use some work has to do with phishing simulation and reporting messages. Today they have to be forwarded to an email address to report, but it would be nice if it provided its own Outlook reporting button that was consistent with Microsoft's suspicious email reporting flow. "Very satisfied"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

How the training episodes are cohesive vs being a random mess of different training videos/formats. Training is well designed as the videos are short enough that your attention doesn't drift, and the questions between videos keep learners engaged. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

Sometimes settings are a little basic. For example, after we had several customers enrolled and setup, Huntress came out with "new user onboarding" training which is great for new users; however, when we turned that feature on it sent that training also to all existing customers. "Nick Gusto, I.T. Support Specialist, was a joy to work with and very friendly & professional!"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I really enjoyed doing their Cyber Security modules through Curricula. They were very easy to watch and quite amusing, but yet you are learning all along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

I took a test with only 6 questions. I missed one inadvertently. My score for missing one should have given me an 83%, but I only got a 73%. It didn't make mathematical sense. I found out from Nick that each question is weighted different. I don't agree with this. It was the easiest question on the test and I missed it by mistake. They really need to change this. "Simply the best security awareness training"
5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

One of the faults of any security awareness training (SAT) is that it gets quickly boring and, hence, ineffective. Huntress has managed to keep the fun up while providing very relevant learning for users. What users like is the short updates on current topics that they get every month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The management interface could be more intuitive, but I am sure it will get better over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Security Awareness Training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The implementation of the Security Awareness Training product was very quick and straightforward. The documentation is thorough and for the most part gives you exactly what you need. We enjoy that all trainings are the same theme and make it fairly straightforward. It helps engage the user and get them interested. We find that this platform is far better at educating the user, as it is more than just a 2-3 minute video about a topic with a cheesy quick at the end. The questions throughout Huntress' training make sure the users are engaged through the entirety of the training. We also enjoy how realistic and customizable the phishing simulations are, such as DocuSign, Google Alerts, Microsoft Alerts, etc. They are common and line up with real-world phishing attempts from threat actors. Lastly, we also like how easy it is to implement with Microsoft Entra/Azure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training?

The reporting feature of the Security Awareness Training platform could be enhanced. You can get the data that you need but it is a bit tricky to figure out initially. The reporting is almost too simplified and that causes some confusion/lack of functionality in my opinion. We have found that the customer support model isn't very good. They only allow chat and cases, no calls. This significantly drags out the length of issues we have experienced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
