Most organisations have invested in AI tools. Very few have prepared their people to use them well. That gap is where The Square Wave works. We help leadership teams build AI capability that actually sticks, through practical training and people-centred culture change. 1. Foundations of AI Literacy — The Academy Practical AI training for non-technical professionals. Available as self-paced online learning, live cohort programs, or in-person team workshops. Participants leave with real skills they apply the same day, not just awareness. 2. People and Culture Advisory For organisations that have invested in AI but are not seeing consistent behaviour change, clear governance, or leadership alignment. We work on the three human conditions that determine whether AI adoption sticks: Clarity, Climate, and Competence. Trusted by teams at Salesforce, Google, Adobe, Diageo, NSW Government, Snapchat and Westpac.
