HufHeld Reviews & Product Details

HufHeld is a web app for farriers and hoof care professionals in Germany. You enter customers, owners and horses together with each horse's shoeing interval. Before a horse is due, the owner receives a message with a confirmation link. Owners who have linked their Telegram chat are reminded automatically; everyone else can be reached through a prepared WhatsApp text. The owner does not need an account. Confirmed appointments appear sorted by route in the daily tour. You can dictate the service and price at the horse, and an invoice is created for every completed appointment with one click, optionally as a small business owner under section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). HufHeld runs in the browser and can be added to the home screen of a phone. It is aimed at self-employed farriers and hoof care professionals who currently arrange follow-up appointments by phone. All features are free of charge and no credit card is required. The provider is MoersbergerIT, a sole proprietorship in Sarstedt, Germany. The interface is in German, built for German law and practice.
