Integration between the different HTB platforms (e.g., standard app, CTF, academy, Enterprise) needs to be improved, although having a single sign-on with the option to link accounts has helped a lot. On the other hand, one of the aspects I consider unfavorable is the discrepancy in the difficulty of machines labeled as "easy." Sometimes, even the most accessible machines can present advanced challenges that may discourage beginners. This can create an initial sense of frustration and require greater effort to progress.
