What problems is HTB CTF & Threat Range solving and how is that benefiting you?
HTB CTF & Threat Range is helping me close the gap between what you learn in theory and what you actually need to do in a real security role. Instead of just reading about attacks or walking through step-by-step labs, I can practice full scenarios end-to-end, investigating alerts, pivoting through logs, identifying attacker behavior, and thinking through response actions. The platform is fairly easy to use once you get used to the interface, and spinning up environments is straightforward, which makes it practical to use on a regular basis. There are plenty of different scenarios and features to choose from, so it’s easy to match exercises to different skill levels or focus areas.
From an implementation and integration perspective, it fits nicely alongside other tools and training we already use, rather than trying to replace everything. I use it frequently because the labs are engaging and feel realistic enough that the skills transfer directly to real investigations. I don’t interact with customer support very often, but when I’ve needed guidance, the documentation and community resources have usually been enough to keep me moving.
