Implementation and support of HP Internet Usage Manager. 
Support of HP Service Manager.
Integration and support HP Business Service Manager products.
Integration and support of HP Universal Configuration Manager DataBase software product.

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

Fast information about current progress of my service tickets.Easy to check status online, via e-mail and telephon call.
Information from several levels of specialists and from research command.
Good quality and tested answers from deep tests or old practice.
Share good practice of several implementations of products, expertise from successfull implementations.
Exist several stages learning with exams for checking knowledge.
There are online courses and documentation, and also there is learning with teachers in the classrooms.
There are several languages of support and I can talk with support with my native language.

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

Sometimes too long to wait for deep technical answer. Need deep debug logs for starting create support tickets.

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

Good quality of service and best professionals in supported HP products.
Need to gather all the information before get support (all logs, screenshots, debug information, all configuration, licenses etc)

**Describe the project or task HPE Pointnext helped with:**

HP which also owns Aruba has helped us determine the proper equipment and efficieny to provide campus wide free WiFi on a 60+ acre site. 

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

They’re sales and engineering teams are great. They came out and helped do testing before signing off on the 500k+ project. 

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

Pricing was a bit more than we expected but none the less they offered to let us go to Atmosphere Aruba conference in Vegas

**Describe the project or task HPE Pointnext helped with:**

CRM engagement. HPE did the best in the RFP and project planning phases. However, they fell flat when it came to project implementation (specifically technology and reporting infrastructure.) Also they came in over budget and overall underdelivered.

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

Good technology insight, great project planners. They definitely sent their A-players during the RFP phase. 

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

They didn't listen like other consulting firms did. They tried selling a solution that didn't address 100% of our company's needs. Also, they didn't plan for the future and setup the software such that it was install-once and dis-engage. Their testing wasn't thorough and you could tell it was a fly-in-fly-out scenario.

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

Really understand both your environment and your product. Challenge them with questions regarding feature parity and future growth. Plan for the long haul (3-5 years) and challenge them regarding future functionality, scalability, and feature connectivity (Cloud, other CRMs, B2B, etc.)

  ### 4. Storage and Backup Migration via HP Consulting Completed Flawlessly.

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

Loved having a fully committed onsite team that not only performed a full rack and stack/knowledge transfer, but also were available on-call as needed before, during and well after deployment of  3PAR storage system, 8 Physical Servers and a Store-once Remote backup solution. 

A team of juniors and seniors worked along side various teams in HP to learn new architecture coming from an MSA 2402 system and current Tape based backup solutions, and the team was able to hit the ground running once the system went live. 

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

Timing sometimes became an issue when we could not work out a proper time to be onsite during the initial migration/testing. Otherwise, the team was dedicated and functional as required. 

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

Just make sure you have all information out on the table for them before confirming a project. They will work around limitations within the environment. 

**What problems is HPE Pointnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HP consulting allowed for our staff to continue to work on day to day problems without having to learn and migrate an entire infrastructure onto a cutting edge platform. In addition, leveraging HP consulting allowed us to properly configure the SAN and Backup solutions to properly protect and compact our data footprint. With a VMWare environment in place, it was critical to be able to properly utilize feature-sets for storage (Thin provisioning) and backups (Snapshots) directly on the SAN and Backup utilities.

I liked that this software was fairly easy to integrate your data into.

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

I disliked the customers support.  I feel like when you called to have a question answered, you kept getting pushed around to different departments and no one seemed to be able to help.

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

I would say to do your homework when trying to find the right fit for your company. Make sure to have a detailed list of what you are looking for and make sure they can handle this before jumping in with a project. 

**What problems is HPE Pointnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solved problems for us such as having enough users for our company.  It was easy to put blocks up on certain features that we could not have everyone in the company accessing.  The majority of the software worked well for us, however there were a few reporting features that we could not get to work and no one seemed able to answer these for us.

in my line of business we use HO consulting to look into and address our clients issues

nothing at all, very useful, and allows me to do my job in a timely manner.

**What problems is HPE Pointnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use it to track and analyze customer's complaints, so HP gives us access to CME experts.and a data that allow us to study the issues they encounter with our services.

Big Infrastructure and support in different countries and languages.

Cost is a elevated when you have a small project. Better cost benefit in a large asigment

Depending how big is your project and your budget yo can hire HP or think in an small consultancy company

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

Only used for a few months, but find it very user-friendly. Great support and solution to everyday business problems. Definitely a amazing help in the workplace. 

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

None so far. Talked to other more experienced coworkers who also had mostly postive things to say and how HP consulting has helped them solve many problems. 

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

Definitely worth a try. Will make your life easier for sure. 

**What problems is HPE Pointnext solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems in ordering, basic management, software issues. Lots of time saved, which means cost reduction for the company.

Any sort of assistance I've needed while searching for the right options to service the business have always been met with great customer service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their service is so simple to implement. 

**What do you like best about HPE Pointnext?**

It's straightforward and easy to use, which is always a plus. 

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

Perhaps due to my computer's OS being strange, it did affect load times when booting up initially.

Industry experts, great SLA and support, custom designed hardware and software solutions to meet my budget and requirements.

**What do you dislike about HPE Pointnext?**

Only HP components, limited software solutions, sometimes hard to explain exact requirements over the phone/during teleconferences. High cost.

**Recommendations to others considering HPE Pointnext:**

Especially for companies without a large IT department HP Consulting can provide valuable, real world solutions to unique infrastructure requirements. The speciality database backend that they helped design and build has been bulletproof and exceeded expectations. While the cost of this implementation was high it was cheaper than hiring IT consultants individuality.

It is extremely user friendly and easy to jump and begin using with a team

It would be even better if there was a way to customize some of the features to further get it to represent our organization

streamlining has been huge for us, and just enabling everyone to become more adept at using comprehensive programming software as we advance
