Only took me about 30min to get the hang of setting up my different projects and tracking process. Its easy to log time with the tracker or manually entering it in. It's very limited in it's invoice features, which can just be improved. I also wished it didn't look so PC like-I use it on my macbook and it just reminds me of that feature. Hourguard helps with keeping track of payroll hours. It’s easy to use and is a great system overall. This is such a great product for work and implementing the idea of consistent time management. The interface is simple and easy to use. I can easily, with one click, start the timer to monitor the time for my multiple projects. I am doing research work, so I have multiple task like, teaching, grading, proctoring and finishing my research projects. For each part I have to give equal importance.
