What do you like best about HostGator?

It made purchasing the domain really simple. I have actually purchased more than one domain from them. We purchase a couple years at a time so we save money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HostGator?

It is not the easiest to use if they are not hosing your sight. Also, customer service is a chat. Can’t get someone on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HostGator?

Hostgator is Horrible-gator!!

Avoid Hostgator if you value your website. Their system deleted my WordPress site – gone! When I spoke to “support” they say that billing for my hosting failed. After I have been with them for years. The credit card on file is one we use every day. They say their ‘system’ sent an email about billing problem. Those emails never came to us, although I get emails from them all the time – MANY emails I have received, none saying they would delete my hosting. My domain name was billed fine. They have no explanation, my site is gone because Hostgater failed! AVOID THESE FAILING SYSTEMS AND USELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR WEB SITES!!
