When I discovered it and asked them to repay, it had to jump through hoops for months. When they eventually admitted making a mistake, they still refused to give me back my money. I went to Paypal but because they had wasted so much time, the payments were too far back in time. They then suspended my account with one of my websites and one of my clients' without warning. I even contacted their CEO Kushal Raha, who gave the impression of wanting to help, but has since disappeared and has not responded to my messages for 6 weeks. Their support do nothing and ignore my requests. Several times over the last 3 months, I was told it would be elevated to a mythical accounting team but nothing has ever happened. I suggest everyone steer clear of this company. Support is open 24/7 and I have found that very useful when working on a project at 3 am on a Saturday. I wanted to be mostly design but my customers before starting my company wanted me to host and take care of everything. Host4Geeks allows me to save money doing this and not have to be burdened with any issues that arise as it is managed Hosting. I have not found anything crazy that I do not like.
