What do you like best about Host4Geeks?

Immediate support response when my site was having issues. The problem was quickly fixed by the technician who assisted me. They don't leave the customer hanging in any way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Host4Geeks?

Prices are high for Brazilian standards, there could be a different plan for countries where the currency is not the dollar. Although the support is fast, it is in English and this makes it a bit difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Host4Geeks?

Nothing about this company would ever make me want to use them again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Host4Geeks?

The stole $70 by double charging for 9 months.

When I discovered it and asked them to repay, it had to jump through hoops for months.

When they eventually admitted making a mistake, they still refused to give me back my money.

I went to Paypal but because they had wasted so much time, the payments were too far back in time.

They then suspended my account with one of my websites and one of my clients' without warning.

I even contacted their CEO Kushal Raha, who gave the impression of wanting to help, but has since disappeared and has not responded to my messages for 6 weeks.

Their support do nothing and ignore my requests. Several times over the last 3 months, I was told it would be elevated to a mythical accounting team but nothing has ever happened.

I suggest everyone steer clear of this company.
