HomiApp Reviews & Product Details

HomiApp is a property inspection app built for Belgium. Experts, real estate agencies and property managers record move-in and move-out reports (état des lieux, plaatsbeschrijving) room by room on a tablet or smartphone: photos, AI-written observations from each picture, voice dictation, meter readings by camera, and full offline work. Both parties sign on the spot or remotely through a secure link, and a clear PDF report is generated automatically, in French, Dutch or English. At move-out, HomiApp compares with the move-in report and prepares the tenant damage statement. No subscription: pay per report with Tokens, from 15 EUR excl. VAT. Available on the App Store and Google Play.
