## About Spun
Spun is a management platform for construction professionals in Spain. Including plumbers, electricians, painters, masons, carpenters, and small renovation firms. Creating quotes and invoices is often done manually, via spreadsheets, or late at night after the workday ends. Spun consolidates this work into a single platform designed for use on mobile devices right at the job site. What it solves - Itemized quotes and estimates structured according to the specific logic of each trade: by point for electrical work, by square meter for painting, by line item for plumbing. - Invoicing with sequential numbering, configurable VAT (21% or 10% for residential work, depending on the case; the professional remains responsible for the correct application), and personal income tax (IRPF) withholding when required by the transaction. - Client delivery and tracking: clients can accept or reject quotes via a link, without needing to install any software. - Payment tracking and invoice status: see outstanding payments at a glance without checking your bank account. - Project monitoring: tracking variances between estimated and actual work, managing change orders, and handling visual documentation. - Verifactu: designed to comply with Verifactu requirements, subject to current regulations and the final technical specifications from the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT). Effective dates: January 1, 2027, for corporations and July 1, 2027, for self-employed professionals. Target audience Self-employed professionals and companies with 1 to 20 employees in the Spanish construction and renovation sector. It is not a generic ERP adapted for the industry; it was built specifically for this trade and these regulations. Developed by Homedome Ibérica S.L. (Madrid).
